We are seeking an proactive and skilled Paralegal with experience in Intellectual Property and Patents to join our dynamic corporate head office team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our diverse IP assets, with a focus on patents.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the comprehensive management of our EMEA IP portfolio (patents, trademarks, designs, etc.), ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. In addition, you will be organising and coordinating IP-related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
There is a focus on proactively reviewing our existing processes and implementing changes to improve efficiencies within the team. This role works across several internal and external teams and so maintaining close relationships with stakeholders is key to being successful in role. You will also be providing essential administrative support to the IP team, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.

About you
- Proven experience in IP paralegal or legal administrative roles, preferably within an international and multi-jurisdictional environment
- Solid understanding of intellectual property, with a strong emphasis on patent prosecution
- Familiarity with trademark and design processes in EMEA jurisdictions
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail, with the ability to read and interpret legal correspondence and official IP documentation
