The Role
- You’ll work with a diverse client base including housebuilders, developers and landowners.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include site acquisitions, planning agreements, options, promotions, and plot sales.
- You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
- Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
