Your Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guests needs with attention to detail and personalized care via phone, in person, and emails.
- Providing recommendations and assisting with the move-in and move-out process.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly, and being familiar with each of our residents, their pets, and children, ensuring they are addressed by name.
About You:
- Previous experience in a hotel or residential property is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Due to the nature of the client portfolio, Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
