Job Overview:

The Quality graduate role supports the QHSES group and works closely with their supervisor(s) to follow clearly defined goals and objectives related to existing processes & procedures. The role offers opportunities to develop new quality and personal skills and will evolve over time. The graduate will perform specific quality activities, supporting and managing key quality platforms and related tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the QHSES team in managing, monitoring, and reporting on key quality platforms and activities.
  • Complete all assigned training and support related activities.
  • Assist in supervising the implementation of quality activities involving stakeholders.
  • Help update and manage key quality platforms, projects, and initiatives with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduating in 2025 with a degree in engineering, business management, or related fields.
  • Some previous work experience through placements or internships is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
