Studio B are looking for a spectacular entry-level New Business Development Executive to join our team full-time in London!

Who You Are:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a New Business Executive who has a passion for social media. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the creative and media industry and gain hands-on experience in sales, relationship-building, and business development.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with our Creative and Production teams to help us connect with exciting new clients. If you’re curious, confident, and eager to learn — this could be the perfect start to your career.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Learn the ropes of outreach – You’ll get to grips with prospecting, emailing, social media outreach, and calling potential clients (with support and training along the way).
- Spot new opportunities – With guidance, you’ll track social industry trends, research potential clients, and help identify new leads and target sectors
- Support on pitches – Collaborate with the team to help craft engaging, creative sales materials and pitch decks.
- Assist in the sales journey – From first contact to follow-ups, you’ll help keep conversations moving and clients engaged.
- Get involved in events – Attend webinars, industry events, and networking mixers to represent Studio B and make connections.
- Be the first impression – You’ll be friendly, proactive, and eager to show potential clients why they should work with us.
- Keep things organised – Help keep our CRM up to date, track activity, and share insights and wins with the team.
- Interest in the social media space – Keep up to date with current trends, a desire to deeply understand the industry and a passion for the social work produced by StudioB.
What We\’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start a career in sales, business development, or the creative/media industry.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic – you\’re ready to learn, take initiative, and grow.
- Excellent communication skills – confident writing emails and speaking to people (don’t worry, we’ll help build your confidence).
- Curious and commercially minded – you enjoy learning about brands, trends, and how businesses grow.
- Team player – you\’re collaborative, supportive, and excited to contribute.
- Some familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRMs is a bonus — but not essential.
- Social media native – you\’re passionate and interested in the social media/digital production industry.
