This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Air Freight Imports Coordinator to join a well-established and high-performing team at their Feltham site.

As an Air Freight Imports Coordinator , you\’ll be at the heart of daily import operations, managing the full cycle of air freight shipments. Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating end-to-end air import shipments, from arrival through to final delivery
- Preparing and submitting customs clearance documentation, ensuring HMRC compliance
- Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, and internal teams to coordinate timely delivery
- Providing consistent and professional client updates
- Managing any shipment delays or exceptions with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Maintaining accurate data and documentation in internal systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in air freight imports (essential)
- Confident understanding of UK customs procedures and documentation
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive shipments
- Clear and confident communicator, both with clients and overseas partners
- Familiar with freight systems such as ASM or CargoWise (advantageous)
