As a Supplier Partnerships Manager, you’ll be part of our dynamic Supplier Acquisition team, responsible for bringing new partners onto the Wayfair platform and helping them succeed. From strategic pitching and onboarding to cross-functional collaboration and process improvement, this is a unique opportunity to make a real commercial impact. What You’ll Do

Work within a motivated, high-performing team focused on supplier acquisition and onboarding across Europe

Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3–4 associates , coaching them to success and driving team KPIs

Contact prospective suppliers and pitch Wayfair’s value proposition to drive new partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot blockers, improve processes, and track monthly reporting

Attend trade shows and supplier meetings to explore new commercial opportunities

Drive measurable outcomes by hitting monthly KPIs, including go-live supplier count and product onboarding

Actively support ongoing improvements in the acquisition and onboarding process
What You’ll Need

Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)

Proven experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce
