Human Capital Management – Business Partner – Analyst – Birmingham
About the role: This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or junior HR professional to support the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner team to assist in delivering regional and global people strategies.
- Partner with senior Business Partners and regional leaders to implement people strategies and serve as the point of contact on HCM-related matters.
- Collaborate with HCM functional groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Mobility, Recruiting) to provide seamless HR services.
- Participate in global projects related to talent management, including goal setting, talent reviews, feedback, promotions, and surveys.
- Analyze people data to inform and shape HR strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years\’ HR experience.
- Passion for HR; studying towards HR degree or CIPD qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with potential for autonomous work.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Aptitude for data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
