Are you looking for the opportunity to take the lead on delivering industry leading Digital PR for ambitious eCommerce brands?
NOVOS is looking for a Digital PR Manager to join our award winning, employee owned agency. You will shape strategy, drive client performance and lead a high performing team, all whilst working with some of the world\’s most exciting brands in eCommerce.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the Digital PR strategy across key accounts, aligning activity with broader SEO goals.
  • Own campaign direction, overseeing ideation, delivery and performance.
  • Use data to guide and adapt PR tactics, translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Identify and explain how link building performance, with a particular focus on links built to PDPs and PLPs, impacts overall organic performance.
  • You will play a major role in leading the service, team and our clients through a new age of search

Performance Analysis

  • Confidently analyse and understand backlink profiles, with a particular focus on what a brand may be missing in terms of quality and relevancy of links, as well as the number of deeper links.
  • Uncover performance gaps, issues and opportunities using tools like Ahrefs, SEO Monitor and Profound.
  • Tell clear performance stories that helps clients understand the “why” behind the work we are delivering.

People & Process

  • Line manage, mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their growth with regular feedback and coaching –
  • Document and evolve delivery processes to improve quality, efficiency and consistency across the team.
  • Lead client calls and internal discussions with confidence, backed by your confident grasp of Digital PR and how that feeds into a wider SEO strategy.
  • You will be expected to manage a small team, with around three people reporting directly into you

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years\’ experience in a Digital PR role.
  • Proven success building links for eCommerce brands, with a particular focus on links built to product and category pages.
  • Strong grasp of how Digital PR supports organic performance as part of a wider SEO strategy.
  • Skilled at analysing backlink data and explaining results in a way that’s clear to clients.
  • Experience managing and mentoring others, with a genuine interest in developing people.
  • Excellent project management, comfortable working to deadlines, adept at adapting to shifting priorities and experience of managing budgets.
  • Strong communicator who can lead conversations with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proactive and commercially aware and fully able to flag resourcing challenges and drive improvements.
