Overview
Leveraging extensive Cloud technical services experience and in-depth knowledge of market and customer demands, drive delivery excellence and support Bell Integration’s ability to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Operate as the technical authority across key stakeholders at Bell and within our customer portfolio, guiding and mentoring the business internally and at the point of delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Support the Consulting Services Director to ensure Managed Services operations are aligned with best practices and meet quality standards for Managed Services and our customers.
Provide subject matter expertise during the sales lifecycle for Cloud Managed Services opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Cloud Infrastructure & Security Consulting Head of Service Development, Head of Cloud Services, and CTO to define and deliver Cloud & Managed Service offerings, enabling the managed services practice to meet strategic needs while balancing cost and time.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, build consensus and trust in Bell Integration delivery, and coach others on client engagement and customer ownership.
- Articulate the value of Bell Integration services across the delivery portfolio, with a focus on Cloud Managed Services.
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical mentoring within the delivery team.
- Support the achievement of financial goals related to projects.
- Ensure quality in team delivery responsibilities on managed service engagements, owning the engagement process.
- Own Technical Governance for Managed Services.
- Review CIS Managed Services accounts regularly, providing insights and identifying opportunities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication, presentation, facilitation, and delivery; serve in governance and leadership roles on projects.
- Guide team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop new techniques, processes, and standards; stay updated on industry developments.
- Manage opportunities through the sales process, owning solutions from a practice perspective, including pre-sales and proposal approval, and provide account insights for future opportunities.
- Screen and interview technical staff, coaching in screening/interviewing techniques.
- Support performance management, technical accreditation, and personal development plans for team members.
- Perform line management duties for team leaders and direct reports.
- Participate as part of the Managed Services Leadership team as an SME.
- Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and customer insights; attend industry events.
- Provide thought leadership for CIS strategy in Managed Services and product development.
- Review and develop practice definitions, collateral, and IP aligned with business needs.
- Deputise for the Head of Managed Services as needed.
- Collaborate with vendor alliances and technology partners to define offerings and gather insights.
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on messaging and client approaches.
