We are seeking a Vice President to join the EMEA Real Estate team in London, focusing on sourcing and executing new investments across Europe, mainly in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, negotiating transaction documentation, managing deal teams, collaborating with internal teams, and building relationships with operating partners and brokers.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in sourcing and executing real estate acquisitions across asset classes.
- Deep relationships with operating partners from previous transactions at top Private Equity firms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field, with excellent academic and professional record.
- 8+ yearsβ experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, especially in deal sourcing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, influential team player.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure.
- Strong network and UK investment experience is a plus.
