Cyber Security Analyst\\n\\n£52k – £55k\\n\\nHybrid, Portsmouth\\n\\n12-month FTC – possible to extend / go permanent \\n\\nYour new company \\n\\nOur client is dedicated to providing high-quality service to its customers, ensuring a reliable and sustainable service. Join a team that values environmental stewardship and strives to deliver essential services with integrity and professionalism.\\n\\nYour new role \\n\\nYou'll be joining an established Cyber team, supporting them to help them to achieve the CAF framework regulations, whilst getting involved with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence and IAM.\\n\\nPart of the team executing a cyber improvement programme to enhance security posture\\nSupport compliance with relevant Cyber Security regulations, standards, and frameworks\\nImplement and manage security monitoring tools and systems to detect and respond to security events\\nIdentify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.\\nMonitor security logs, alerts, and reports identifying potential security incidents or anomalies.\\nProvide support to regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security policies and controls\\nProvide reporting on security incidents, compliance status and risk assessments.\\nDevelop, implement, and maintain Cyber Security policies, procedures, and guidelines\\nWhat you'll need to succeed \\n\\nA minimum of 2, ideally 3+ years of experience in similar cyber security roles, with experience in implementing security frameworks (e.g. NIST, CAF, ISO) \\nPrior hands-on experience with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and IAM systems \\nExperience contributing to enterprise-level security initiatives \\nThird-party vendor relationship experienceWhat you'll get in return \\n\\nSalary of between £52K-£55k\\n27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays\\nUp to 15% pension contribution\\nPotential bonus \\nAnd moreWhat you need to do now \\n\\nIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
