Worry no more, because in case you missed it, the Medivet Branch Partnership model has changed. Every 2 years you have a guaranteed exit option, giving you the opportunity to sell your shares at a pre-defined multiple, no questions asked.
Are you looking to build financial security for your future?
Our Branch Partners are rewarded in two ways: via monthly profit share which grows as your clinic grows, and from the increased value of the shares you sell when you exit.
Now could be the right time to invest in protecting your future.
Why Faversham?
The potential for growth in this clinic is unrivalled, with 4 consulting rooms and 3 theatres, the opportunity to influence clinical direction and grow the services will only be hampered by your imagination!
Given the theatre space, the extensive range of kits and the gait analysis unit, this clinic is fully equipped to accommodate a Branch Partner with an orthopaedic bias. This expansive location is set across 2 levels with plenty of space to relax between jobs in the meal room or dedicated library.
You’ll find a dedicated support team consisting of a Head RVN, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs and a part-time Practice Manager, who are passionate about creating a culture of excellence in animal care. This clinic has the potential to be a multi-vet site.
Beyond the clinic walls, Faversham boasts a rich tapestry of medieval architecture, and the picturesque streets are lined with independent shops, cafes, and a bustling market, creating a welcoming community feel.
The town’s proximity to the stunning Kent countryside and nearby coastal areas ensures a perfect balance between work and relaxation. Paddleboarding in the morning, looking after patients in the afternoon.
You
Are a conscientious vet with a passion for patient welfare and client satisfaction. A Certificate or interest in orthopaedics would be advantageous as this practice is kitted out for orthopaedic work, including a full gait4dogs analysis unit. While business acumen and previous leadership experience would be a bonus, enthusiasm and ambition are what matter most.
Us
We believe in empowering vets to take ownership of their careers. Our Branch Partnership model blends the freedom of traditional practice ownership with the backing of an established support network. With over 150 Branch Partners across the group, there is a wealth of experience and clinical knowledge to be shared from the extended community of like-minded vets who support each other. Built on the concept of value creation, the partnership really does win together.
