Job Description
Construction Coordination Manager
Venn Group is working with a growing NHS Trust based in Surrey to recruit an experienced Construction Coordination Manager to successfully liaise between a multitude of teams to ensure projects are completed successfully in line with strict legislative standards.
Rate: £28.92 per hour
Duration: Temporary
Location: Surrey
The successful candidate will:
- Provide technical assurance on engineering design, installation, and commissioning across Capital Projects
- Act as Authorised Person (AP) for key systems
- Ensure compliance with legislation, HTMs, and Trust standards through collaboration with Estates, M&E teams, and project stakeholders
- Support quality and safety by contributing to policies, standardisation, and Trust-wide technical committees
- Provide expert guidance during project planning, shutdowns, and commissioning to maintain service continuity and patient safety
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting standardised engineering practices, materials, and equipment across the Trust
The ideal candidate will have:
- HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 4 in Engineering or Building Services
- Proven experience supporting complex engineering installations in healthcare or similar regulated environments
