This leading health and wellness brand is looking to hire an E-commerce Executive to be responsible for enhancing the user experience across the website.
About the Role
Working with the E-commerce Manager, the role involves helping to develop and execute UX strategies, utilising data-driven insights to create better experiences for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the business by being the main point of contact for all improvements related to the website.
- Implement UX design, data-driven analysis, contributing to ongoing marketing, performance reporting, and other optimisation initiatives.
- Update product pages, pricing, support new launches, build and schedule landing pages, and report on website KPIs.
- Implement UX improvements to support navigation, product discovery, and conversion.
- Help develop and manage a comprehensive testing roadmap to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Identify website improvements from user behaviour, data, and feedback to identify opportunities for improving website design, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Produce monthly and weekly reports on website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Use programs such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and VWO to understand customer behaviour and recommend improvements to the site.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align UX improvements with business goals.
- Create website landing pages to support campaign objectives and improve conversion, keeping these up to date and aligned with the commercial calendar.
- Support the ongoing merchandising strategies to maximise AOV and customer frequency.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of E-commerce (FMCG preferable) in a Digital Marketing role.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CMS software (e.g., Magento, Shopify, etc.), data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- Highly data literate and able to demonstrate examples of this in previous roles.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong time management and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt to change.
- Strong moral/ethical background.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing mix and digital channels such as PPC, Email, and SEO for adhoc analysis support.
