Overview of the role
Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.
We are now looking for a Dynamics365 Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering how Phoenix use Dynamics365 as a critical business tool.
What will you be doing?
- Own the internal Dynamics 365 platform, including system configuration, update and roadmap planning
- Be the go-to expert and primary point of contact for D365 Sales (‘CRM’), overseeing day-to-day usage and championing best practice usage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in a variety of suitable formats.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and to-be process flows to support the design and development of identified requirements.
- Champion user friendly, intuitive designs and ideas with measurable values.
- Promote innovation within system, across function and throughout the platform through adoption of new Microsoft technologies and new ways or working
- Manage and prioritise the CRM change backlog in collaboration with the Business Operations and Development teams – both internal and external.
- In collaboration with internal and external parties, manage system upgrades, testing and release cycles in coordination with IT and business teams
- Coordinate with the IT team regarding user access, security roles, and system configurations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with IT, System Development and any third parties to ensure system issues are resolved promptly and implement agreed changes.
- Support cross-functional teams by ensuring the CRM is effectively aligned with sales and marketing processes.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a D365 Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with hands-on expertise in D365 CRM.
- Understanding of how to manage organisational change and user adoption during D365 implementations or upgrades.
- Capable of defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, managing expectations, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in creating actionable insights from D365 analytics.
- Clear and concise communication skills with both technical teams and business users.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.
- Understanding of user experience principles to ensure usability of the system.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and integrations/APIs.
