Role Description

We have two positions available, seeking candidates who speak English/Spanish and English/German. This is an international role (EU/UKI), and candidates can be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, or the UK.

The Clinisys Laboratory Solutions (CLS) consultant acts as the liaison between the company and its customers, providing professional services with quality software solutions. You will implement our solutions, participate in interface integrations, analyze, configure, validate, and contribute to our product roadmap, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with our global and European teams.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Clinisys solutions for customers.
  • Conduct gap analysis, workshops, configuration, testing, and validation support.
  • Manage improvements and upgrades, act as customer interface for needs gathering.
  • Integrate CLS with third-party applications and laboratory instruments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and management.
  • Contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Work with sales to define configuration and interfacing efforts.
  • Train and mentor other CLS consultants.
  • Participate in demonstrations and presentations, act as an in-house expert.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to influence product development.
  • Conduct on-site or virtual assessments and follow-ups.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor\’s or Master\’s in Laboratory Sciences or Information Systems.
  • Experience with LIMS in healthcare or laboratory informatics.
  • Proven experience with laboratory information systems.
  • Experience as a LIMS consultant is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory workflows.
  • Software programming experience is an asset.
  • Experience with LIMS/LIS configuration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and improve workflows.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
