To help realise this vision we are looking for an Attendance Manager to join our friendly attendance team.
About The Role
The Attendance Manager is a crucial role where you will liaise with a range of internal and external people and families. You will lead the attendance team and focus on supporting young people and their families to positively engage with the Academy through the implementation of our Attendance Strategy. This work underpins our commitment to providing exceptional education and improving life chances for the young people within our community.
What are we looking for?
Attention to detail and excellent administration skills are essential, as is the highest level of professionalism to support the Attendance strategy and drive student attendance. Candidates should be exceptionally organised with outstanding communication skills. You will need to demonstrate strong administrative, communication and IT abilities. Ability to work under pressure professionally and with composure is crucial.

Working Hours & Salary
The post is term time only with an additional one week to be worked in Academy closure periods. The postholder is paid for 39 weeks (plus prorated holiday) per year.
Hours: 37 hours per week. 8am-4pm
Salary: SCP 22-26 £33,669-£37,280 (£28,960-£32,066 TTO). Current NJC scale point and experience will be taken into consideration when determining starting salary.
