HR Administrator Remote Home Working Some national travel to sites on a bi-weekly basis FTC 18 months Salary up to £35,000 Depending on Experience Monday Friday 8am 4.30pm with possible flexibility We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our large-scale national client. You will be the primary contact for HR enquiries, providing effective administrative support to the People Team and all business unit employees. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: Supporting the onboarding process. Preparing contracts and offer letters. Providing HR induction for new employees. Maintaining accurate records using the HR Information System. Preparing various letters for all changes to contract. Overseeing the administration for absence management including assisting Payroll with sick note and managers with return towork. Advising employees and line managers on company HR policies and procedures and offering managers support with data. Skills and Experience Strong administrative background with a good attention to detail. Good working knowledge of HR practices, including employment law. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience using HR Information Systems Ability to manage a varied workload, organising and prioritising to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, a keen eye for consistency and accuracy. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work confidentially with sensitive company information.
