An exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to work for a leading FM service provider in a critical environment by Liverpool Street in the City of London. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider on a renowned contract, the Shift Leader will work a Continental Shift leading a 2 Engineer Shift team, carrying out all the planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment.
The Electrically biased leader will hold a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery.

Duties:
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Reports
- Attending client meetings
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
- Permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units.
- Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Previous HV or HV experience
- Critical site experience preferred (Data Centre or Banking Sites)
- Client Management
- Ability to lead engineers
- Building Services Maintenance experience
