Job Description
Oracle Fusion Support Analyst – Finance Modules (12-Month)
An international professional services firm is seeking a technically strong Oracle Fusion Support Analyst to join their IT function on a 12-month FTC. This role focuses on BAU support, enhancements, and integration work across Oracle Fusion’s Finance modules and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules

Support and troubleshoot issues in AR, AP, Cash Management, General Ledger, and Order Management

Perform small development/configuration changes and lead regression testing for quarterly updates
-
Manage and maintain integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), working with REST/SOAP APIs
-
Deliver and support reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools

Support system users, deliver training, and act as internal SME for Oracle Fusion ERP
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, CM, OM)

Proven knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including APIs, data mapping, and flow troubleshooting

Strong SQL skills and reporting tool experience (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Familiarity with tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL & HSDL

Understanding of Record to Report and Order to Cash processes

Awareness of ITIL practices and change control
Desirable:

Oracle Fusion certifications

Experience in a professional services or global corporate environment
