Are you an experienced electrical engineering professional ready to take on a leadership role? Our client, a leading multi-disciplined design and construction management company within the building services sector, is seeking a talented Electrical Lead/ Practice Head to enhance their dynamic team.
This permanent role based in Hertfordshire offers a chance to make a significant impact, leading cutting-edge projects and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a skilled team of electrical engineers to deliver exceptional results.
- Client Interaction: Build trust and foster strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
- Design Authority: Act as the go-to expert for electrical design, gaining ownership of technical solutions and innovations.
- Project Cost Management: Conduct and oversee work costing to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changing regulations.
