The predicted salary is between 28500 - 42000 £ per year.

Location : York and surrounding rural areas
Hours : Full-time or Part Time, including On-Call (alternate weekends required)

Salary :

  • £13.75 Weekdays
  • £14.75 Sat/Sun
  • Paid Travel Time at hourly rate
  • £0.40ppm
  • On-Call bonus

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support and Mentor Care Professionals
  • Conduct reviews, spot checks, and training
  • Assess and review Client care plans
  • Ensure care meets Client needs
  • Participate in the On-call rota
  • Maintain care records and liaise with staff to ensure quality care
  • Promote and uphold our company’s values, confidentiality, and safety policies

Role Overview :
As a Field Care Supervisor you’ll support and supervise a team of Care Professionals, ensuring exceptional care delivery. You’ll be responsible for Client reviews, Staff mentoring and Quality Assurance. Your leadership will ensure clients receive the highest level of care, and you’ll play an essential role in managing day-to-day services and participating in the On-Call rota.

Requirements :

  • Experience in care
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
  • Enhanced DBS check

Safeguarding :
All employees must protect vulnerable individuals from abuse and will receive safeguarding training. Enhanced DBS checks and references are mandatory for this role.
