This role will provide you the opportunity to be responsible and accountable for daily monitoring of supplier quality performance for an established manufacturer. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify supply chain development opportunities to enable successful execution of future business requirements. Lead targeted supplier improvements across the external supply chain. Manage, monitor and report on supplier performance scorecards using designated management tools, developing supply base to be class leading. Manage supplier capability audit process and annual audit schedule including management of any Supplier Corrective Actions. Keep internal customers and stakeholders appraised of quality, delivery issues and escalations. Ensuring that the Supplier Management process is compliant to QMS, including management of Supplier related documentation, purchase order information and Technical Specifications. Managing new supplier qualification activities. Requirements Extensive knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8D problem solving techniques. Experience of working with ERP systems. Experience in working with Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001/AS9100/AS13000 or similar.
