Role Summary
- To lead a team providing compliance and building safety services. Ensure key operational targets are met or exceeded.
- To have responsibility for the performance of compliance contractors delivering essential health and safety services. This includes but isn t limited to: fire safety, gas, electricity, lifts, asbestos, water hygiene.
- To be the principal support to the statutory function of the Accountable Person in fulfilling their duties under the Building Safety Act 2022 and be the Responsible Person under this act in managing life safety risks.
- To manage all risks associated with building safety and compliance to all TCH properties.
Salary: £66,833 (Plus out of hours £3,168)
Hours of work: 35
Contract: Permanent
Probation period: 6 Months
Notice Period: 2 Months
