As our Assistant Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
Who are You?

- You\’re keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the General Manager and the Management team to achieve The Old Frizzle\’s KPIs and budgets.
- Other qualities we highly value are the ability to bring fun, ideas-a-plenty, and great decision-making.
- You’ll bring previous relevant Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience in a pub, bar, or restaurant with a £15k+ turnover.
- Our ideal candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor/garden experience. Experience working with sport is a plus.
This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside a highly experienced General Manager as part of an established, brilliant team.
What we are offering
- A competitive salary of £30,420-£33,420 based on experience + tronc + bonus.
- Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5.5K, making OTE up to £38,920 .
- Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan –£700 a quarter bonus .
