As a C5ISRT Planner, you’ll bring your leadership, DOTMLPF and experimentation expertise to work on projects in live-force experimentation for the client. You’ll plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client’s operating force, identify needed capabilities, and determine requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You’ll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for the DoD.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with C5ISRT planning

  • 5+ years of experience with military live-force experimentation

  • Experience with user evaluations and limited technical assessments

  • Experience in acquisition or requirements development, includingJoint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)

  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Total Force Structure Management Systems, Systems Approach to Training, and Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Management

  • Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in requirements on time

  • Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions and justify technical recommendations

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Associate’s degree

  • Experience with Marine Corps ISR Sensors and communications platforms

  • Experience with knowledge management systems

  • Possession of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
