Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF)

  • Working 5 days a week by agreement within standard office hours of 9.30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Designer, Festival Producer, and Festival Director, the Display Coordinator ensures promotional material for the films in the EIFF programme and sponsors are displayed around EIFF venues to support the overall marketing activity of the Festival.

The collateral should be displayed effectively (to maximise engagement with audiences), appropriately (in response to the requirements of the Festival, film, venue, sponsor), creatively (maintaining a high standard of presentation and visual consideration) and reach their designated EIFF venues in a timely manner.

The Display Coordinator sits within the Marketing team, including Marketing Coordinator, Designer, Digital Campaigns Coordinator, Ticketing Coordinator, Ticketing Assistant, Picture Editor and Video/Photography team.
