LMCA is a global brand licensing agency founded in 1986. We specialize in developing and managing brand licensing programs to extend brands into new product categories and markets, creating consumer-driven brand extensions that add value and revenue. LMCA works with a wide range of clients and industries, including global brands such as Castrol, Electrolux and Philips.
You’ll be joining a developing team in Europe, which has had its first years of success during 2023 and 2024, seeing significant growth in 2025, and working with some of the world’s best-known corporate brands. You will work with great people across an international business to help make our clients’ Licensing business successful, and critically to help boost the efficiency and impact of our team.
Job Role
Licensing Account Manager, Europe
What You’ll Do
·Be the first contact point for all existing licensees
·Manage contract lifecycle for each licensee in the programme
·Be responsible for ensuring licensees meet or exceed their financial targets and KPI indicators
·Manage the licensing categories GAP analysis
·Hold quarterly business review meetings with licensees
·Oversee product and packaging approvals
·Provide regular updates to the team lead and in the licensee management system software
·Collaborate and align with various stakeholders
What You Need to Succeed
·Experience in or strong understanding of the licensing model
·Confidence and gravitas, with experience in international business-to-business interactions
·5 years’ experience working in thelicensing field, either in an agency, for a licensee, or for a licensor
·Proactive, results-oriented approach
·Highly responsive and passionate communicator – both written and spoken
·Ability to navigate a virtual/matrix-based organisation
·Creative and critical thinker
·Deliver a positive, insightful, and valuable service for clients
·Engage with licensees respectfully and from a point of knowledge
·Ability to deliver and meet deadlines with a whatever- it- takes mindset
·Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify where to focus efforts and what insights are most valuable to share with clients
·MS Office IT skills with knowledge of licensee management systems a bonus
·Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
