At On, we believe in the power of storytelling. Our Creative Studio shapes impactful campaigns. We’re seeking a highly experienced storyteller to craft copy for our global campaigns. As Senior Copy Lead, you’ll collaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors, lead and coach a team, and ensure high-quality, impactful messaging across channels.

Your Mission

  • Partner with creative teams to develop innovative campaigns across various channels.
  • Create TOV frameworks, messaging hierarchies, scripts, and OOH content.
  • Uphold and evolve On\’s distinctive voice, ensuring it remains fearless and unconventional.
  • Maintain high standards of copy that are impactful and results-oriented.
  • Lead campaigns and team to success, fostering motivation and inspiration.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, provide feedback, and coach team members.
  • Exemplify strong leadership and contribute to company culture.

Your Story

  • 6+ years of experience in global advertising or marketing campaigns, preferably in fashion or sportswear.
  • Expertise in crafting TOV strategies and compelling messages across platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital user journeys and metrics-driven copy decisions.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, challenge the status quo, and inspire teams.
  • Knowledge of culture, fashion, and performance apparel.
