Job Description

Position : Structural Engineer

Location: Chelmsford Area / Hybrid

Salary : to £55,000 per annum, healthcare, 2 x bonuses, pension & benefits

Our client, a highly regarded firm of engineers and architects, has a new opportunity for a building structures engineer. This employee owned practice provides generous terms of employment, ensuring you will share in their success. Their business is consistent, profitable and steadily expanding. Your Role: With the support of a structural Associate, your workload will include new projects and refurbishment schemes. You will be involved in design production and delivery, encompassing site inspection, preparation of specifications, structural calculations and liaison with clients. Some projects will be fully integrated with the in-house architects and M&E engineers, you will contribute to project co-ordination and provide early input on structural design issues. There will be regular design team meetings and site visits.
