Group Technical Manager
£60,000 – £65,000

Group Technical Manager role to improve technical consistency and material compliance across six food manufacturing sites.
This is a newly created role, as part of the Senior technical leadership team. The company are well regarded for the products they make with international recognition. They have recently received significant investment and can offer long term stability, reward and recognition. It’s an environment where you can make a difference and deliver results.
They are flexible on where you can be based but somewhere between London and the Midlands will be good. You will report to the Technical Director, improving technical consistency and material compliance across their food manufacturing sites. You’ll have the opportunity to make this role your own utilising team leadership, team development and a strong, supportive cross functional approach to improve Quality Systems, Food Safety.
You will be an experienced Technical Manager within the food manufacturing sector with a proven track record of leading teams remotely in a group role. You’ll need a detailed understanding of customer technical requirements with direct involvement of delivering BRC standards and experience of managing material compliance, including ingredients and packaging.
