Job Description
The Company
We’re working with a buzzing, digital-first creative agency at the heart of the fashion and beauty world. They’re known for delivering bold, on-trend content for some of the most talked-about brands in the space, from disruptive start-ups to global names.
This is a team that lives and breathes social. Creative thinking is second nature, collaboration is key and no two days (or briefs) look the same. If you’re looking to be part of a studio where ideas move fast and good design always comes first, this could be the one.
The Role
This is the one for digital obsessives with a serious eye for style.
As Social Digital Designer, you’ll be concepting and creating slick, social-first design for incredible names – from Instagram Reels and TikToks to scroll-stopping static posts, motion graphics and campaign assets.
Working closely with creative leads, art directors and content teams, you’ll take ideas from concept through to final delivery. This is a hands-on design role, with plenty of creative input, ownership and the opportunity to push boundaries.
You’ll need to be fast, flexible and switched-on, always one step ahead of the next trend, platform shift or viral format.
The Person
You’re a digital creative through and through – someone who lives online, loves design and knows exactly what makes a piece of content pop on a feed.
Maybe you’ve got 2–4 years’ experience working in a fast-paced studio, agency or in-house role and now you’re looking for that next step where you can really make your mark.
You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a strong aesthetic, and a portfolio full of slick, well-crafted social content – from playful TikToks to polished campaign assets.
You're confident in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and After Effects), and if you’ve dabbled in Canva or Figma, even better. You’re comfortable juggling multiple briefs, love jumping on trends while they’re still hot and bring fresh ideas to the table every time.
Above all, you just get social, what looks good, what gets engagement, and what makes people stop scrolling.
