German & English speaking Recruitment Coordinator
12 month FTC
Location: London | Hybrid | Full-time
Pay: £30,000 – £34,000 per year
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday | 1 Saturday per month (time off in lieu) | Overtime available
We’re looking for a German speaker (with excellent English) to join a proactive and people-focused events staffing agency. If you’ve worked in Event staffing/ logistics, recruitment, event coordination, customer service, or operations, and love a fast-paced environment, this could be just the thing for you.
You\’ll be the crucial link between top global brands and the brilliant people who represent them at live events, pop-ups, brand activations, and more.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
* Recruiting and booking the right staff for exciting brand campaigns
* Handling all staff communications and briefing calls to make sure they’re fully prepped
* Managing and updating staff records, profiles, and performance appraisals
* Handling inbound calls and emails, excellent customer service is absolutely key
* Solving problems on the go and thinking ahead to keep everything running smoothly
* Booking travel, accommodation and couriers for complex or large-scale events
* Using your initiative to support with social media, logistics, and general team admin
* Building long-term, friendly relationships with freelance staff and internal teams
What we’re looking for:
* German speaking, plus strong English communication skills
* At least 2 years in a relevant, fast-paced role
* Confidence on the phone and a positive, people-first approach
* Strong multitasking and time management skills
* Attention to detail and excellent admin skills
* Comfortable using Excel, email, databases, and digital tools
* A solution-focused mindset and can-do attitude
* Willingness to work one Saturday a month (time back in lieu)
