We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Receptionist to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel. As a vital member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain an organised and tidy front desk area.
  • Assist with reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
