Property Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor | Manchester | Tier 1 Firm
A specialist Property Litigation team within a leading national full-service commercial law firm is seeking to appoint a Property Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor. The team advises a diverse client base across both public and private sectors, including health, education, government, and corporate clients. Known for its collaborative culture and investment in professional development, the firm offers a dynamic environment where lawyers can thrive.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and development issues.
