We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Mathematics to lead a thriving department in a well-regarded secondary school in Milton Keynes. The Role: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Maths department across Key Stages 3 and 4. Oversee the planning, delivery, and assessment of a rigorous and engaging curriculum. Support and mentor a team of Maths teachers, promoting collaborative practice and professional growth. Use data to monitor student progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions.
