Job Description

K-People Europe is a London based recruitment consultancy and we’ve been recruiting top talents for our clients in UK & Europe since 2007.

Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for Digital Product Operations Analyst.

[Purpose of the Job]

This position plays a pivotal role in aligning the Online Experience team, the company’s global headquarters, eCommerce platform partners, internal departments, and key third-party vendors. The goal is to ensure a clear understanding and documentation of user and business needs across digital initiatives. Reporting directly to the Digital Programme Manager, the Digital Product Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Managers and support teams to execute high-impact projects from the digital roadmap. The role requires adaptability, with responsibilities spanning both ongoing and new project lifecycles—from initiation to delivery.

[Key Accountabilities]

(1) Foster and manage effective collaboration with the Online Experience unit, internal stakeholders, HQ, and external vendors.

(2) Provide analytical and documentation support during project planning and initiation phases, ensuring a smooth setup for execution.

(3) Capture and formalize business needs, process improvements, and functional designs across digital commerce projects.

(4) Convert business goals into structured requirements and document them in tools like Jira and Confluence.

(5) Author user stories and define clear acceptance criteria that guide development teams.

(6) Produce process flow visuals, including current vs. future state diagrams and swimlanes where applicable.

(7) Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and support sign-off processes.

(8) Collaborate with delivery partners and system integrators to validate and approve technical designs.

(9) Contribute to ongoing improvements in delivery methodologies and documentation standards within the PMO.

[Requirements]

(1) Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital and eCommerce analysis or operations.

(2) Proven track record in translating business goals into system specifications and process enhancements.

(3) Familiarity with a variety of eCommerce platforms and technologies; experience with Hybris preferred.

(4) Exposure to enterprise ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.

(5) Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.

(6) Understanding of end-to-end eCommerce flows including content management, PIM, order lifecycle, and payments.

(7) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across complex technical and business contexts.

(8) Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

(9) Adept at managing multiple priorities and adjusting to dynamic project demands.

(10) High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio for diagramming.

(11) Working knowledge of markup and scripting languages (HTML, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JSON) is desirable.

(7) Must be able to commute to Chertsey regularly 

[Conditions]

(1) Job type: full-time & 1 year contract (subject to be extended)

(2) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(3) Hybrid working: 2 days work from home after 3 month probation

(4) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm & Mon~Fri

(5) Annual basic salary: 55~60K

(6) Performance based bonus, pension(up to 8.5% by employer), life assurance, medical insurance, etc.

(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)

(2) This is a hybrid role(2 days working from home), but a new starter needs to be based in the office 5 days a week during 3 month probation, and after then the hybrid is applied
