Job Description

Director– Quantitative Research – Independent & Energetic Insight Consultancy

To £90,000 + bens

London (Hybrid working)

This is a senior quantitative role where you will join a group of talented ‘can-do’ research and insights specialists. Part of their success has been that they have built up a network of clients that use them time and again; they are trusted as partners and consistently produce top quality outputs that don’t just provide insights but rather actions for clients to follow. An independent company that is free to take risks, try new ways and never stand still.

There’s a huge amount of scope to come in and make your mark with existing and new clients. You’ll be working with an incredibly strong team behind you and you will be taking your work to the very highest ranks of companies from blue chips to tech unicorns, ensuring your recommended actions will happen. This is a ‘can-do’, hands on environment meaning this role will only suit those that are happy to muck in and get their hands dirty. This is not the place to step back and purely orchestrate, meaning you should still love being a researcher!

Projects could be local, international, ad-hoc, tracking, integrated with qual/behavioural economics and/or analytically challenging. All will be bespoke and thought provoking. In return for bringing your energy to this range of complex briefs, you will enjoy the clear career path offered to seniors within the business – they genuinely understand that you do not wish to stand still having achieved so much in your career in research and insight. What this path looks like is largely down to you and where you are looking to head – they will design the specifics in conjunction with you. This will be about quality thinking, inspiring work and a great bunch of people to work with.

For those looking to inject energy, dynamism and enlightenment into their career, this is definitely a role to talk to us about.
