Visual Standards Support
3-Month FTC | £30K pro rata | Central London | Hybrid | ASAP Start
I'm looking for a Visual Standards Support to join one of my clients, a well-established name in luxury retail, on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong visual merchandising experience who's comfortable upholding premium standards across the store environment. You'll work closely with the in-house VM team to deliver and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of in-store visual merchandising, following brand and VM guidelines
-
Ensure mannequins, props, signage and fixtures are consistently styled and presented to brand standards
-
Assist with floor moves, window installations, product launches and seasonal refreshes
-
Maintain day-to-day visual presentation, including fixture alignment, lighting and general tidiness
-
Collaborate with retail, buying and merchandising teams to keep displays stocked and visually cohesive

Capture and share visual documentation and feedback following installations

Support with store team training around visual expectations

Participate in visual walk-throughs and audits
Who We're Looking For

1 to 2 years' experience in a visual merchandising or retail support role, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment

A background in Visual Merchandising or a related creative subject

A strong understanding of how to interpret and apply brand direction in-store

Detail-focused, collaborative and confident working in fast-paced, visually led settings

Flexible to support early mornings, late finishes and occasional weekend work during key periods
