Job Description
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing UK-based eCommerce business in the nutrition and wellness sector to recruit for a newly created Product Manager position.
This is a remote role open to candidates across the UK, with a focus on the Northern region, offering a competitive salary of £60,000, plus bonuses and benefits. The business is on an impressive growth trajectory, making this a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future.
In this newly established role, you'll work closely with suppliers and the internal buying team to lead product strategy—determining what to list, what to stock, and how to optimise the product range in a fast-moving wellness market. If you bring a commercial mindset, strong industry connections, and a passion for high-quality wellness products, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for new products and improvements to the current range.
- Make data-informed decisions on product listings, stock levels, and delistings based on performance, trends, and commercial value.
- Monitor and respond to emerging wellness trends to ensure the range remains relevant and competitive.
- Attend trade shows and meet with brand partners (both in the UK and internationally) to source innovative, on-trend products.
- Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure successful online product launches and campaigns.
- Provide regular insights to help shape and enhance the overall product portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in the wellness or nutrition sector, with a solid grasp of market trends, consumer behaviour, and product innovation.
- Proven success in ecommerce product management and supplier collaboration.
- Confident decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a commercial outlook.
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable navigating the dynamics of a new and evolving role.
- Previous experience in developing or scaling a wellness brand would be a significant advantage.
