Job Description
Fram is excited to partner with a Chartered Wealth Management company based in West Essex. Our client works with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, and they are looking for an experience Client Manager/ junior paraplanner to join their Advisor Support team. This opportunity has arisen due to a member of the client servicing team retiring this year and growth. The company offers hybrid working, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office, and Mondays and Fridays working from home. It is a role that requires a strong financial planning background, candidates to be level 4 of very close too with a desire to deal with clients as you will be the main point of contact for them on day-to-day queries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
- Act as the main point of contact for a bank of clients when Advisors are unavailable.
- Deal with annual reviews and ensure all necessary actions are completed promptly.
- Process new business applications and manage client information.
- Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
- Perform general office duties.
- Sit in on some client meetings to provide support and take detailed notes.
- Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.
An ideal candidate with have a number of years’ experience as a financial services administration or paraplanner preferably level 4 or very close too. Will have a strong technical knowledge of advice and a working knowledge of platforms. Have a proactive mindset like taking on additional projects like training of new staff and of being involved in the investment committee.
