What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Extensive calendar management using judgement and initiative to prioritise
- Liaising with external clients and internal teams for complex and high-profile meetings
- Proactively setting up prep-meetings ahead of client meetings
- Gatekeeping – managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Organising global travel and all logistics including visas & expense management
- Coordinating complex itineraries including materials preparation
- Producing correspondence, reports, and presentations, checking grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Ensuring team members are aware of important deadlines
- Organising team and department meetings and events
- Keeping up to date with internal admin policies, practices and guidelines
- Participating in focus groups when required
- Working closely with other EAs, providing support to each other
