A leading Silver Circle law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded Corporate Real Estate team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly respected partnership group and a diverse client base that includes major institutional investors, international funds, developers, joint ventures, and REITs. The Role

  • Advising on the corporate structuring and M&A aspects of high-value real estate transactions
  • Working with private and public sector clients on joint ventures, SPV structuring, asset-holding vehicles, and cross-border investments
  • Supporting wider firm initiatives including real estate finance and capital markets matters
  • Playing a strategic role in client relationship management and business development
  • Supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees
  • Contributing to the firm’s knowledge and training initiatives within the real estate sector
