Senior Associate – Corporate Real Estate

A leading Silver Circle law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded Corporate Real Estate team in London. This is a superb opportunity to step into a team that is at the heart of some of the UK and Europe’s most sophisticated property investment and development transactions.
The successful candidate will work closely with a highly respected partnership group and a diverse client base that includes major institutional investors, international funds, developers, joint ventures, and REITs. This is a transactional-heavy role, ideal for someone who thrives on complex deal work and enjoys the collaborative, fast-paced culture of a top-tier firm.
The Role
- Advising on the corporate structuring and M&A aspects of high-value real estate transactions
- Working with private and public sector clients on joint ventures, SPV structuring, asset-holding vehicles, and cross-border investments
- Supporting wider firm initiatives including real estate finance and capital markets matters
- Playing a strategic role in client relationship management and business development
- Supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees
- Contributing to the firm’s knowledge and training initiatives within the real estate sector
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE gained at a recognised City, international, or top-tier regional firm
- Strong technical grounding in corporate transactions with significant exposure to real estate deals
- Confident leading on matters and managing client relationships independently
- Clear commercial acumen and the ability to advise at board level
- A natural team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and offices
