The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
The Wonderfield Group is a forward-thinking, global business undergoing a major transformation. As we embark on an exciting ERP rollout—migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—we’re looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to join us in shaping the future of our finance systems.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Business Analyst with deep experience in ERP implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will be integral to our global rollout, and will initially focus on finance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for the global implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions, departments, and countries
Map and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes
Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis
Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and effective finance module implementation (AP, AR, month-end close, reporting, etc.)
Drive business process reengineering where needed
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption
Facilitate and document user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work within an Agile project delivery framework
Provide clear reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Key Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ERP rollouts, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central
Solid understanding of finance operations and processes – ideally with a background in finance or a relevant qualification
