Responding to HR requests in a timely and agile fashion – ensuring employee communications and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Boost awareness of all the fantastic work HR and marketing undertake.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Copywriting – write compelling communications to support the HR function and enhance employee engagement. This includes monthly emails, FAQ sheets, social media posts and support toolkits for our ED&I projects.

This includes the annual ED&I calendar, monthly Advance (ED&I) communications and the Verint social value brochure. This may also sometimes include organising branded merchandise and printed materials.
- Creating employee content – helping to capture more employee stories on video, webinar and/or via case studies. Liaising with Verint’s videographer to arrange and brief in key video shoots and manage the editing/video approval process – acting as a key point of contact between Verint’s videographer and HR. On smaller projects, and when video resource is limited, explore more creative ways to capture employee stories. Ensuring any employee participants sign a participation release form and that it is safely filed for future reference. Ensure content is leveraged and not a best kept secret/asset (see next point).
- Organising employee events – Helping to organise small social gatherings at our Woking office, coinciding with key dates in the HR diary, such as International Pride Day. Supporting the Senior Marketing and Engagement Manager in delivering the annual events.
- Supporting customer and partner events – Helping curate and deliver online and live events for Verint’s customers and partners. Tasks may involve supporting guest registration and managing event vendors.
