A leading, award-winning top name in the market is recruiting for a Pensions Consultant/Manager to work at the forefront of the team. This is a first-class and rare opportunity for an experienced Consultant, whether in-house or at a consultancy, to work with an industry leader during a period of extensive growth and expansion.
This position is available due to steady new business wins. The successful applicant will be in a client-facing role, involved in strategic work, office expansion, and projects. Previous technical senior defined benefit pensions experience is essential, along with client management experience within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will work with clients managing both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and the ability to communicate your knowledge clearly are required.
Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, liaising with Trustees, Actuaries, and external parties to exceed expectations and act as a business ambassador. Your role is vital to the team\’s success, and your contributions will add immediate value.
