About the Role
You will be the driving force behind promoting and delivering Cigna’s innovative products to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers.
- Partner with brokers to build product knowledge and develop go‑to‑market strategies.
- Provide consistent communication on product changes, initiatives and industry trends.
- Conduct outbound telephony sales calls to brokers.
- Deliver training sessions and support materials.
- Address broker queries promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support).
- Act as a liaison to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
Skills & Knowledge Needed
- Experience managing accounts and communicating product updates.
- Ability to conduct impactful outbound telephony sales calls.
- Skill in developing engaging training sessions.
- Capacity to address partner queries and provide effective solutions.
