About the Role

You will be the driving force behind promoting and delivering Cigna’s innovative products to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers.
  • Partner with brokers to build product knowledge and develop go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Provide consistent communication on product changes, initiatives and industry trends.
  • Conduct outbound telephony sales calls to brokers.
  • Deliver training sessions and support materials.
  • Address broker queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support).
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate timely resolution of issues.

Skills & Knowledge Needed

  • Experience managing accounts and communicating product updates.
  • Ability to conduct impactful outbound telephony sales calls.
  • Skill in developing engaging training sessions.
  • Capacity to address partner queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure partner support.
  • Proven liaison skills between partners and internal departments.
