The Role
You will take on a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Intestate estate administration
- Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills
- Taxable and non-taxable estate administration
- Client-facing probate work
- (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work
- The Ideal Candidate
- 3-4 years PQE
- Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills
- Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs is essential
- Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential
- A proactive, professional and client-focused attitude
- Whatβs on Offer
