Description
The Interim Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating sales and acquisition agreements
- Advising on and preparing shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Handling share buy‑backs, share transfers and group restructures
- Managing due diligence processes and corporate governance tasks
- Providing clear, commercial legal advice, tailored to small businesses
- Liaising with clients directly in a remote, flexible setting
- Coordinating with the internal team to deliver consistent, top‑tier service
Profile
The Interim Corporate Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with 6+ PQE in corporate/commercial law
- Experienced in M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy‑backs, transfers and restructures
- Confident advising SMEs throughout the deal lifecycle
- Strong in drafting and negotiating corporate documentation
- Proactive, communicative and comfortable working fully remotely
- Familiar with commercial realities and offering clear, cost‑effective solutions
